Absolutely great hotel, I greatly enjoyed its central location next to Biedronka, the pedestrian street and markets, restaurants. The venue was located in the centre of the city.

We truly enjoyed staying here, it's great hotel with very good staff that insists check-out. The location was great and brilliant - 300 metres away from a soaring tower.

The location is marvelous and lovely, close to bars and clubs, and the pedestrian street starting from Rynek, you cannot beat it. The rooms are quiet, huge, and come with an electric kettle and central heating. Every time in Krakow we stay in this hotel👍.

Great location just a few minutes walk from the main square. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The check-in process was quick and easy. I also appreciated the luggage storage facilities, which allowed me to explore the city without having to carry my bags around.

The rooms were quite noisy due to the thin walls and the presence of nearby clubs. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The location of the hotel was really convenient, being just off the main square of the city. It was surrounded by a variety of places to eat and drink, making it a great spot for exploring. The room itself was modern and comfortable, with a great heating system that kept us cozy in the cold weather. The private bathroom was also well-equipped, featuring a powerful shower.

The communication between the staff and guests could have been better.

I recently stayed at a modern and clean aparthotel that was very near to the Old City. The location of Flaminio Smart Sleep Aparthotel couldn't have been better, as it was very central and close to the main square. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist in excellent English. Although the aparthotel didn't serve breakfast, they provided a voucher for a nearby cafe which was a nice touch. the experience was fantastic, with a great location and wonderful staff.

I recently stayed at a fantastic accommodation in a central location, just minutes away from the main square. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and the entire room was spotlessly clean. The receptionists were friendly and spoke English fluently, making the check-in process smooth. The hotel also provided luggage storage facilities, which was very convenient. With its great price for a central location, I would highly recommend Flaminio Smart Sleep Aparthotel.
